Role Overview

The Executive Producer (EP) will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end production of digital, video, and editorial content for Exhibit Technologies and TopGear India. This role requires strong creative leadership, deep understanding of content strategy, production management, and the ability to drive large-scale projects while maintaining brand identity and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Leadership: Develop and oversee high-quality content for TopGear India and Exhibit Technologies across video, digital, print, and social platforms.
  • Production Oversight: Manage all stages of production — from concept to delivery — including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Creative Direction: Collaborate with directors, hosts, writers, and production teams to conceptualize and execute innovative storytelling ideas.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and coordinate with producers, editors, videographers, and designers to ensure smooth execution of projects.
  • Brand Alignment: Ensure all produced content aligns with TopGear’s global standards and Exhibit’s brand identity.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (5–10 years) as a Producer / Senior Producer / Executive Producer in media, entertainment, digital content, or television.
  • Strong background in automotive, lifestyle, or technology content preferred.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to balance creative vision with business objectives.
  • Hands-on experience in budgeting, contracts, production logistics, and team leadership.
